Welcome to this practical session where you’ll gain valuable insights into writing job application documents that resonate with Finnish employers, while making smart use of AI tools.

In this session, we’ll explore the core elements of effective CVs and cover letters in the Finnish job market, where clarity, relevance, and a well-grounded tone are key. You’ll learn what Finnish recruiters look for, how to structure your documents accordingly, and how to highlight your strengths in a way that feels both confident and culturally appropriate.

We’ll also demonstrate how AI can support your writing process – especially when crafting your CV’s profile section or tailoring your cover letter to a specific role. Through concrete examples and hands-on exercises, you’ll discover how AI can help you articulate your skills more clearly and target your applications more effectively.

Whether you’re updating your documents or starting from scratch, this session will show you how AI can help you express your professional value with precision and relevance in the Finnish job market.
