Welcome to Oulu City Hall to learn about how you can harness AI to help you steer your career. This event is the second one in a three-part series where we explore integrating AI into your professional journey from exploring different paths to optimizing applications and building your networks. You can join just one or multiple events in the series, just make sure to register for each part separately.

In this event, you’ll learn about what happens in companies before and during the hiring process. What are they looking for, how to identify the important points from a job description, and how you can optimize your LinkedIn profile, CV, and application for the opportunities you’re excited about.

We’ll also take a look at how companies source talent, which is especially valuable if you happen to be already an experienced professional. This event has interactive parts and personal exploration with the prompts and strategies we’ll learn so make sure to bring your laptop or other digital device with you if you want to get testing during the event already.

Our trainer Viivi Marttinen is currently working as Head of Community and Talent at Herizon, helping international professionals with their job search.
